| Description of the problem | Harley davidson 2005 tc88 burning oil in the forward cylinder, consumption estimates seem to be 1 quart of oil in 700 miles of service. To a person who knows to carefully watch new vehicles they will add oil, but to persons who will take for granted that harley says they have a new engines ,vastly improved, and having previously used foreign motorcycles which burn relatively minute amount of oil, the consequences could be life threatening. Such consumption compared to the standard consumption of other products, due to lack of familiarity , could cause a seized engine which could cause loss of control of the vehicle and life.*ak |
